1959 Chevrolet Corvette convertible with hardtop (frame is solid)

complete, minus most of the chrome; it did not come with the car. it DOES have the convertible top frame mechanism, and what looks like some top fabric with a vinyl window. photos show everthing else i have for the car except some misc trim like metal pieces that may or may not be for the car. to do a full restoration, one would replace all of that. i shot the front with rustoleum blue to see how fiberglass took the paint. see results. fiberglass is firm. there are some black lines here and there, i assume fromthe factory. I love corvettes, but know very little about them. four 15" rims, one of which is no good bc there is rust at edge. all glass except rear hardtop glass. no major collision damage that in can see. engine looks like an original, with the valve covers, and is not locked up; i don't know the size, but it's a v-8. t looks like it has been out of the car at one point. i have one carburetor, an air filter, and that aluminum piece that makes an engine take two carbs and filters. clear title in my name. engine is free, but i can't get car of gear so it needs to be towed backwards or flatbeded. sold as-is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied. full payment due within 3 days of auction end. non-refundable paypal deposit due 24 hours after auction end. if you decide you don't want the car, deposit will be forfeited. payment in cash preferred, but willconsider a wire or personal check, but it has to clear before car leaves. no foreign buyers, please.
