Car description

Really cool project - runs and drives but needs 2-3 weekends of tinkering to be a daily driver; older amateur restoration. last registered for the road in 2011 in Mississippi; current Okla. title and non-operating registration in my name. Engine/trans: 3970010 small block. (70s) stock 4-barrel intake and exhaust manifolds with duals - loud Cherry Bomb-type resonators. tailpipes exit in front of rear wheels; reman. Q-jet carb just installed (divorced choke not connected. HEI with Accel Supercoil. Turbo 350 reportedly rebuilt by previous owner but no paperwork available. shifts strong. Hurst floor shifter. column shifter intact with linkage in the parts pile; kickdown cable not connected. Electrical: alternator. new fuse panel and some new wiring installed. working dual fans added to radiator but are only attached with steel wire. Headlights. tail and brake lights work with switch on. no turn signals; new horns installed behind grille but no horn button; non-original ignition cylinder added to dash but new original-style replacment cylinder included in parts. Heater not connected and don’t know condition. Wipers and gauges condition unknown also. Manual steering. power front disc brakes and drum rears. will pump up but should be bled/adjusted; some newer parts underneath: gas tank. shocks. passenger front coil spring (driver side included but not installed). some new suspension parts. new brake lines and bleed valves. Interior: fake ostrich texture white viny inserts with blue edges. seats in excellent condition - door panels. armrests. package deck and headliner match - whoever did interior covered up dash speaker and dome light; glove box is bolted shut; steering wheel not original. some small trim pieces missing. Body- no dents. no major rust on body panels except rear bottom trunk lip pictured (replacement channel pieces included in parts); some small rusted out areas - front bottom of driver rocker. curved base of window sill below driver’s wind wing etc. ; previous owner touched up small areas with black rust paint seen in photos; a little bubbling/cracking around rear wheel openings; floor footwells all rusted but have been patched under carpet and all 4 replacement panels are included ($480 at Classic Industries); trunk is 98% solid. a couple of small holes at left side edge and spare tire well bottom. Door and trunk weatherstripping/fuzzies missing. Bumper chrome looks better in pictures than it is - has some pitting. Glass: windshield has 6” spider web crack lower passenger corner; driver’s door is plexiglass; other side glass aged/discolored/bubbling at edges. rear center glass good. Wheels/tires: old. slightly rusty Keystones with worn T/A radials. New parts included: $480 new floor pan footwells. $355 of front suspension parts (ball joints. control arm bushings etc. ). $70 matching locks/keys for ignition. doors. glove box (trunk lock installed); $30 new gas/brake pedals.
