1969 Chevrolet Nova Street/Drag Car

This would be a great car to run around town and Raise Hell with on weekends or take it to the local dragstrip turn the bottle on and get down! This is a Steel car with fiberglass hood. The car is plated, has a factory body and VIN Tagand can be driven on the street. The nova also has roll up windows and wipers along with an alternater.The title is a Michigan title is clear and ready for transfer to the next owner. The Nova sports a sweet paint job with beautiful painted on realistic flames. The paint jobalone was 10gs. The rear is tubbed but stll has room for a custom back seat installed if you desire. The car weighs 3600 lbs.

Engine is a fresh 509 CUBIC INCH Reher Morrison with Dyno Sheet (see pictures) this monster runs on E85 but will also run on pump gas in a pinch. The motor has been built by one of the best, Ross Machine in Lapeer Michigan. a Dominator 1250 Profiler Holley based carb sits atop this Big Block and sports A set of Brodix 119 cc Cylinder Heads. The Camshaft is 700 Lift and 300 Duration. Dyno numbers show on motor 830 Horsepower at 5800 rpm. This is a stout engine and if that's not enough it also has a Nitrous plate capable of an additional 400 Horsepower. The Nitrous system is separate using a holley black fuel pump and has a purge as well.An Aeromotive a1000 Fuel pump and filter feeds the engine.The car has run 5.80 in the 1/8th mile with a 175 shot of Nitrous.

Cooling System uses a meziere electric water pump and B Cool aluminumradiator.

Transmission is a Turbo 400 with reverse manual valve body and a pro brake. Synthetic fluids have always been used with this trans and it was just recently gone thru.

Wheels are Weld front and rear with 31-16.50 15 inch Hoosier Slicks.

Rear end is a narrowed dana 60 with moser axles and 4.56 gear

The car has tubular upper and lower control arms with strange power disc brakes.

Exhaust isLemons Custom 2 inchStainless Headers and stainless full exhaust all the way back.

Fuel cell is a 15 gallon in the trunk but has a functioning gauge on the dash for fuel level

The interior is complete and shows very well with custom touches and all the safety equipment.

Ignition System is all MSD 85551Distributor,6al Box with 2 stepand Coil.

Reserve is set below 30k which is a steal when you start adding up what it would take to duplicate this build. The Car has 50k invested into it.
