(TWO) 1959 El Caminos, Updated 4/1/18

I hate to do this but I'm selling my TWO El Caminos. I bought these two about 10 years ago, with the intention of restoring one but my other project ran way over budget so they've been sitting for years. This listing is a work in progress so please feel free to ask questions or request more photos. I'm not in a hurry to sell these two and will keep them for later if not compelled to sell. I'm what you would call an unmotivated seller.
El Camino #1 is in very good shape, original frost blue exterior and blue interior. It has been in the garage since I brought it home, prior to that it was stored in a barn. It looks like someone started to restore it sometime ago but never finished. I have all of the trim that came off this car stored separately (trim, bumpers, grill, etc.). The entire car is in great shape considering it's age and it being a Georgia car.

• Doors - no rust or dents
• Hoods - look good, two extra, four total
• Front Bumpers - Two two-piece bumpers, look good.
• Rear Bumpers - Three three-piece bumper, look good, One extra set of corners.
• Front Fenders - Look amazing, no rust, couple small dings.
• Roof - no rust or dents
• Door Sills - surface rust and a little pitting but not bad.
• Cab Floor Pan - looks good, has some patches, but I was planning on replacing.
• Bed Floor Pan - needs replacing, rusted through in spots. The 59 el camino uses the same back floor pan as the station wagon. The bed floor panel sits on a channel above the bed floor pan.
• Bed Floor Panel - needs replacing
• Front Rear Quarter Panels - straight and rust free.
• Rear Quarter Panels - straight and rust free with the exception of the bottom behind the rear wheels. A good metal worker can patch it up. The rear quarters don't need replacing because they would need to be station wagon rear quarters, which are hard to find. The sedan rear qaurter isn't the same and will not match up with the rear valances. Someone created a patch and covered it with a ton of filler. I stripped down the passenger side to see what I was working with and was surprised at how good it looks, aside from the patch job.
• Rear Valances - These are hard to find because they only fit the el camino and station wagon, I have a perfect set of corners, I do not have the rear center.
• Front Valances - I do not have the front valances, these are not hard to find because they were the same on all models in 1959.
• Wings - perfect, no dents or rust.
• Tailgate - the one that's on it is ok, but I bought another that is in about as good of shape as you'll find. I also have two lower panels and one upper panel that are absolutely perfect.
• Extra Parts and Trim - To many parts to list but I have two trim diagrams in the photo section and a few pictures. The trim diagram has red numbers next to the part, the numbers represent pairs. For example, I have 2 sets of complete side trim. El camino #2 has all of the good bed trim pieces in place (see pictures). I have at least two sets of everything except for the bed trim, I have one complete set of bed trim and one extra set of fin trim. As you see in the diagram the only piece of trim that I do not have are for the tailgate (top and eyebrows). They are not hard to find, I just didn't know they were missing until today.
• Glass - present and in great shape, two full sets. I removed the rear glass to see what was under the trim, looks good.

*** Long story short, I spent several years accumulating some pretty rare parts needed to restore this car.
El Camino #2this is my parts car or reference car, original two tone green and cream with green interior PAINT SEPARATORS INCLUDED (reproduction paint separators are now available for $210, but these are original, very rare accessory) It has been stored under a shed. It's rough but it has a lot of parts on it that you'll need. It also has the power steering and power brakes accessories. This car looks like it was accessorized well so there is no telling what else you'll find on it. Another big benefit of El Camino #2 is that the interior is untouched and intact. Image trying to figure out where all those parts go without a reference.
