THIS TRUCK HAS BEEN IN THE BUILD SHOP FOR 2 YEARS. I TRIED TO COMPLETE THE BUILD BEFORE THE DEADLINE TO ENTER INTO BARRETT-JACKSON SCOTTSDALE BUT COULD NOT FINISH IN TIME. I SOLD 2 CARS AT BARRETT THIS YEAR AND KNEW THIS TRUCK WOULD BE ONE OF THE FINEST C10s/K10s TO CROSS THE BLOCK. I SAW 5 TRUCKS THAT WERE COMPARABLE IN BUILD BUT DID NOT HAVE LS MOTORS BRING OVER $80,000 WITH THE NICEST OF THE BUNCH BRINGING $110,000 AND IT WAS FiTECH INJECTED. I BOUGHT THE TRUCK SOON AFTER THE VORTEC 6.0LS AND THE 4L60E HAD BEEN INSTALLED. THE DRIVE TRAIN WAS TAKEN FROM A 2006 GMC DENALI THAT HAD APROX 50K MILES ON IT. THE DAY I BOUGHT THE TRUCK IT IMMEDIATELY WENT INTO THE BUILD SHOP. THE TRUCK WAS COMPLETELY DISMANTLED DOWN TO THE BARE CAB. THE ONLY REPLACEMENT METAL WE HAD TO REPLACE WAS BOTH ROCKER PANELS AND CAB CORNERS. WE DID REPLACE THE REAR WHEEL WELLS FOR ASTHETIC REASONS. THERE WAS NO RUST IN THE FENDERS, CAB, OR BED. THE BODY PREP, PAINT, COLOR SANDING, AND BUFFING WAS A YEAR IN THE MAKING. THE PAINT JOB IS A 10+! I WILL PUT THIS PAINT JOB AGAINT ANY PAINT OUT THERE. THERE IS NOT ONE SANDING MARK OR FISH EYE ANYWHERE IN THE PAINT. I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW WOOD BED KIT AND STAINED THE OAK WOOD MYSELF. AFTER THE PAINT WAS COMPLETED I PURCHASED EVERY PIECE OF WEATHERSTRIP, CHROME, BODY TRIM, GRILLE, HEADLIGHT BUCKETS, BUMPERS, DOOR HANDLES, LIGHTS, AND BADGING (over $20,000 spent at the body shop). I ALSO POWDER COATED THE WHEELS TO MATCH THE PAINT AND BOUGHT NEW CHROME TRIM RINGS. THE CAB IS AN A/C CAB BUT THE TRUCK DID NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING WHEN I GOT IT. I HAVE NOT ADDED A/C BUT THERE ARE SEVERAL OPTIONS TO DO SO. THE CARPET IS BRAND NEW AND THE HOUNDSTOOTH SEAT IS NEW. THE DOOR PANELS ARE NICE BUT HAVE A COUPLE SMALL SCUFFS ON THEM. I REPLACED THE ARM RESTS LAST WEEK. THERE IS POWER BRAKES AND POWER STEERING, AND THE STEERING COLUMN IS TILT WHICH IS NICE FOR EASY ACCESS IN AND OUT OF THE CAB. THE FRONT SUSPENSION IS TIGHT AND ALL BRAND NEW. THIS IS AN AMAZING DRIVING TRUCK. THERE IS PLENTY OF POWER UNDER FOOT AND THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS PERFECTLY. MY ONE AND ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE FRAME ON THE DRIVERS SIDE WHERE THE MOTOR MOUNT WAS INSTALLED IS NOT THE PRETTIEST OF WELDS. THE 12 BOLT REAR DIFFERENTIAL AND FRONT DANA 44 CAN HANDLE ALL OF YOUR 4X4 NEEDS (ALTHOUGH THIS BABY IS SO BEAUTIFUL I CANT IMAGINE OFF ROADING HER). I AM VERY PROUD OF THIS BUILD. THIS TRUCK IS IN THE 95th PERCENTILE. I SELL VERY NICE CARS AND TRUCKS. I AM VERY HONEST AND OPEN. I AM AVAILABLE TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS THRU EBAY, TEXT, OR PHONE CALLS. FEEL FREE TO ASK ME FOR FACE TIME LIVE VIDEOS DURING BUSINESS HOURS. MY NAME IS CLAY AND MY CELL NUMBER IS (505)402-1558. I HAVE A 100% POSITIVE EBAY RATING. I AM WILLING TO END THE AUCTION EARLY. I AM WILLING TO HAVE THE TRUCK INSPECTED FOR YOU BY AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC OF YOUR CHOICE. I WORK WITH SEVERAL SHIPPERS BUT WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SHIPPING THIS TRUCK ENCLOSED.
