Up for sale is my award winning 1965 Corvette Sting Ray Convertible Roadster, A great example representingthe C2 Mid-Year Corvette, the American Sportscar. A very rare color combination of Tuxedo Black (AA) exterior and White Leather interior (438), with brightly chromed bumpers, on straight body lines. Sporting the iconic 1967 Corvette BBC "stinger hood", with white stinger matching the white interior. The white convertible soft top is like new.

The power plant is a high performance 396ci/425HP Mark IV “Turbo-Jet” Big Block engine with 4 bolt main(L78) (casting# 3855962), backed by a close ratio 4-speed manual transmission (M21), "positraction" rear axle (G81), and "Rolling Thunder" side mount exhaust pipes (N14).

Standard option of 4 piston all wheel disc brake and power antenna. Other factory options include special front/rear suspension (F40), transistor ignition (K66), telescoping steering column (N36), teakwood steering wheel (N32), soft ray tinted glass..

Restored bank to original condition with a body off restoration in 2002. Engine rebuilt and restored in 2007, with approximately 4000 miles since rebuild, refresh in 2017. New leather seat foam and covers installed in 2011 and black carpet with Corvette logo floor mats.
