1987 Corvette Roadster, Excellent Conditon, Treat Yourself For The Holidays!!!

You're viewing my exceptionally clean 1987 Corvette Roadster. The car is a very nice example that has been adult cared for over its 30 years and never abused. The car has always been garaged and it shows. The paint is very nice, has a deep shine, and has only a few minimal flaws as it's a "driver", not a "trailer queen". The leather interior is also in excellent condition for its age. Very minimal wear on either seat. The leather seats are the upgraded full power versions with lumbar support and adjustments. Door panels are nice and not cracked. Carpet is also in good condition. Stereo has been upgraded to a Sony CD with remote. The soft top is in great condition with minimal shrinkage. No rips or tears and not faded. The rear plastic window is still very clear. In the pictures I simply have the top "up", but it's not latched in front or pushed down in the rear, and the boot isn't shut all the way. Tires are in great shape with lots of tread, and the brakes are in great shape as well. The car has fantastic handling characteristics, is very tight, and stops on a dime.
The Tuned Port Injection 5.7 liter V8 engine produceslots of torque. Transmission shifts crisply and smoothly as expected. The only notable flaw with the car is the speedometer cluster needs to have the polarized film scraped off and replaced (easy do it yourself job...watch YouTube as an example) and can be repaired for around $50 yourself or a pro can do it for a few hundred. It never bothered me so I didn't fool with it. The car runs very smoothly and the engine compartment is clean and tidy. NOTE: the gauge cluster picture was taken immediately after a cold start so the car hadn't warmed up yet and the gauges were reading low. Everything works properly once up to temp. No leaks that I'm aware of. The car needs nothing to be immediately enjoyed. You'll be hard pressed to find a cleaner Vette in this price range that hasn't been modified or messed with. The engine is completely stock down to the cold air intake. Surprise your spouse with an awesome Holiday present, or better yet treat yourself! The new owner will love this car and be proud to show it off. The car is titled and registered in my name, and is garaged at my house in Conway, SC.
