Car description

I have a 1965 Chevrolet C-10 Fleetside. This is no show truck. just a cool looking 65 that could use a little tlc. It has a 235 straight 6 cylinder & 3 speed manual transmission. Truck runs and drives and could be used as a daily driver. Motor does have a slight tick to it. like a rocker arm. Still runs good. Body is in pretty good condition. Cab corner on passenger side needs a little work (not replaced). nbsp;drivers side floor pan has been patched and there are some small holes on the hood. nbsp;couple small holes above windshield. Pretty good for a 50 year old truck. Metal bed is in good condition. It has a wood en bed floor but it needs to be replaced. Inside is pretty basic. Late model seat with arm rest and storage compartment. Doors are in good condition and open and close good. windows are good. passenger side is hard to roll down. The firewall is solid. Head lights. brake lights. tag light. dome light and brights work. Needs a turn signal switch . Wipers work but need new blades. 1 wire alternator. HEI ignition. Tires are weak. Paint is old and dull and faded (looks fine for a shop truck). Real good start on a project restore or just use it as it is. Clear Florida title in my name. Truck is located in Ocoee Fl. West side of Orlando. Call Barry at 321-239-4888 anytime to see in person. This vehicle is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end this auction early. It does NOT have power brakes. It has drum brakes front and rear. It does NOT have power stearing. Runnig gear is all original. I am not sure what the sound in the motor is. It idles fine but makes a tapping sound when on the gas. Maybe adjusting lifters. maybe needs a lifter. maybe needs a push rod or cam. Either waythese are easy motors to work on. (has side covers and lots of room) most people are going to put a V8 in it anyway. It has a glovebox liner but the piece is missing to hold it shut. This truck was brought down from Kentucky a few years ago. It has been sitting until last month. Gas gauge works. Any more questions . please ask.
