Beautiful 1972 Chevrolet K/5 Blazer Custom 4X4 Convertible W/hardtop

This is a Fantastic 1972 Chevrolet K/5 Blazer CST. Gorgeous Dark Green exterior. Matching green interior is in great condition. Working air conditioner. Newer Alpine stereo. Looks and drives great. Truly a fabulous vehicle Always turns heads. Larger and more comfortable than a Bronco. Clear and current California title.
Here is the bad stuff. All shown in the photos.
Mileage is not accurate. This is a replacement odometer. Included is the old odometer. I would not be surprised if the total milage is 40K. The truck looks that good.
There is bubbling at the top of the lift gate. It looks old and dormant. Moisture must have gotten between the hardtop and the lift gate. Side rails are bubble free but have some decades old build up/wear.
Lastly the hardtop shows signs of age. The finish is cracked along the seam. I think it is only cosmetic that is only a guess.
