Car description

Come get this car before the snow is here to stay. I won't be trying to move this car around with a foot of snow on the ground. I thought maybe someone would like a rare car to keep them busy over these Winter months. This is a solid car, nd a great start on a cool Rod, r Restoration. I bought this car back in August, nd drove it around on nice days we had here in Western NY. I drove it to one of the last big Car Shows we had in the area, nd it got lots of attention. The car is currently in storage for the Winter, ut could easily be got out for the next perspective buyer. This car came up from Texas back in the 1980's, nd has been in Western NY since then. The previous owner started stripping the original paint off, ut didn't finish. He also replaced some engine parts to get it running, nd worked on the brakes to make them work properly. He also replaced the gas tank. It's pretty much all original with the original 6-cyl motor and automatic column shifttransmission. The body is in very good condition for a 60 year old car. I didn't go over the car with a magnifying glass, ut there are 2 spots with rust holes. One spot is at the inside bottom of the tailgate, nd the other is the floor under the drivers feet. About a $60.00 replacement piece. The rest of the floor, ockers, nd body mounts are good. It comes with some extra parts that the previous owner accumulated over the years. There is lots of exterior chrome trim, n extra windshield, riginal 1955 seat covers, nd a bunch of smaller trim pieces. The engine runs good, ut the 1-barrel carb would need to be rebuilt or replaced. The pictures say the rest......you won't find another running, riving, ri-Five for this great price. If it doesn't sell, 'll keep it through the Winter and next Spring shoot for it looking like the car in the last picture. There is no Title for this car....NYS does not require Titles for vehicles 1972 or older. What I do have is a TransferableRegistration in my name, nd a Bill of Sale. A deposit of $500.00 is required within 48 hours after the Auction ends, ith the balance do before the car leaves my property, y either Cash, aypal, r Certified Bank Check. No sales outside the USA, he buyer is responsible for moving the car. Car is also listed for sale locally, o if it sells that way, will be closing this listing.
