Car description

If you're looking for an Original, ne Owner, ltra low mileage, Survivor 1975 Monte Carlo, ERE IT IS!!! My parents ordered this car from Frank and Wood Chevrolet in Big Rapids MI in early 1975. My Mom drove it sparingly and at 88 years young, hey have decided it's time for someone else to enjoy it and treasure it as they have for the past 40 years. It is TOTALLY ORIGINAL except for the battery and the oil and filters. It has only 19,776 miles on it!! It even has the original (date coded) GR70-15 Uniroyal tires. The spare has never been out of the trunk. This car deserves to be in a museum. It truly is a TIME CAPSULE. The ash tray and lighter have never been used. (see the pictures). It was rust proofed by Ziebart when new but it has never seen any winter driving. Here is the original list of RPO codes and description: AK1 Custom DLX Seat & Shoulder Belts AO1 Soft-Ray Tinted Glass All A31 Power Windows A42 Six-Way Power SeatA52 Bench Seat BW2 Deluxe Body Side MoldingB22 Inter Orna-Em B37 Color Keyed Floor MatsB80 Roof Drip MldB93 Door Edge GuardsB96 Whl Opening MldCB4 White LandauCD4 Pulse Windshield Wiper C50 Rear Window Defogger C60 Four-Season Air ConditioningD34 Visor MirrorD35 O/S R/V MirrorGM8 2:56 ratio Axl G95 Economy AxlJ50 Vac Pwr Brks K30 Cruise-Master Speed ControlK76 61 Amp Gen L65 350-2 bbl V-8 engine M38 3-Spd Auto N33 Comfort Tilt Steering WheelN41 Pwr SteeringPE2 15x7.00 Whl QCX GR70-15B S/B Radial W/Stripe TiresUF3 Map lampUF7 Econominder Gauge PackageUO5 Dual HornU25 Trunk LiteU35 Elec ClockU58 AM/FM Stereo RadioU76 W/S AntennaVK3 Frt License V30 F&R Bumper Guards ZJ9 Auxiliary Lighting Z03 Landau OptionZ12 Speedo Gears 02H VWD1 White Vinyl Bench/ DK Blue Acc 24L Medium Blue 11T AA White Vinyl Roof Cover Included with the car will be all the original paperwork, nd a fifth New Old Stock (NOS) spare Uniroyal tire with a sticker on the tire showing it came from the GM Milford Proving Grounds. (see the pictures of the tire.) There is one small door ding in the right rear wheel opening molding and included with the car is a New Old Stock (NOS) wheel opening molding to replace it. (See the pictures of the molding still in it's original packaging.) The last year the car was licensed to be driven on the road was 1986 however my Father started the car at least once every year, nd drove it on their property to keep it road worthy. If you have any questions, eel free to ask. You'll have to look long, nd hard, o find a 1975 Monte Carlo in this pristine condition. Don't let this one get away!!

The vehicle has never been in an accident and it has always been properly stored in a garage. The engine compartment and undercarriage are all original and has not been cleaned or detailed. We'll leave that up to the new owner to decide whether to detail it or leave it original. This will make a very nice addition to your car collection or to drive in style to car shows, cruise nights or even to Church on Sunday. It will definitely get noticed and draw a crowd. Thanks for looking at a 1970's GM classic.

Questions and Answers so far: Question: Are you interested in a trade? Answer: Thanks for the offer but my parents don't need another car. They already have a nice collection of cars and they want to "thin the herd", ot replace the car. Question: Has the car been properly serviced? Answer: My Father was a licensed mechanic his entire working life and he owned his own independent repair shop from 1949 until his retirement in 1990, o yes, e knows how to maintain and service cars. This car has been lovingly cared for it's entire life. Question: Does everything on the car still work? Answer: At this time, es, owever it's a 40 year old car and does not come with a warranty. Question: Does the A/C blow cold?Answer: The A/C is functional. We didn't test the actual temperature at the outlets. See the above answer. Question: How much is the reserve? Answer: The reserve was set to protect my parents investment. Just like an auction at the major auto auctions, f the bid gets to a point that they are comfortable with, may pull the reserve, t which point the car will sell to the highest bidder. Question: Can I call you to talk about the car? Answer: No thanks. If you have questions that haven't already been answered, end me a message through eBay's message system and I will respond with the answers asap. Question: Can I inspect the car? Answer: Yes, ut it will be at a time convenient for my parents. Question: Will you help with shipping the car? Answer: We will assist the shipper in whatever manner we can when the carrier arrives to pick up the car. Question: Why are they selling it now? Answer: They are at the point in their lives where taking care of their cars is more burdensome than it was in the past. They don't "have" to sell this. This is the first time it has been offered for sale and if they aren't happy with the price it gets bid to, t will simply be stored until they decide to offer it for sale again. Question: Do you have a "Buy it now" price? Answer: No, f they did, t would have been listed as such. With that said, f you'd like to make an offer, o ahead. The worst they can do is say "No thanks".
