1963 Bel Air Station Wagon

I bought this wagon 8 months ago from the original owner. He said that he bought it in California. When I got it he said that the (old) engine had began to knock and he had parked it so not to damage it. He said that he had a collision in the 80's and that he used parts from a 63 impala to do the repairs. It looks as though the passenger side front fender was replaced. He then painted the entire car the factory blue. The front seat was also recovered at the same time. The rear seats are the original cloth from the factory in good condition. According to the owner he had bought seat covers from a manufacture that had a lifetime warranty, nd he joked that he was probably partly responsible for them going out of business.The 327 has been replaced with a 350 with 12,000 or less.
