1962 CHEVROLET CORVETTE C1 ROADSTER CLASSIC RARE BEAUTIFUL COLLECTOR CAR! Here is a restored matching numbers 1962 Chevrolet C1 Corvette Roadster 327/340 HP. This classic first generation example is beautiful in Signet Red exterior with matching red interior. Features include nearly all original parts including the Wonder Bar Radio. From the final year of the C1 and featuring the enlarged 327CI V, his 340HP car was the state of the art fastest of the C1 generation with a smooth 4-Speed manual transmission. 1962 was the final year of the coveted wrap around windshield, olid rear axle and convertible only body style. Restoration was completed with great attention to detail and car features new paint, new & re-chromed metal, riginal T-3 Headlights, new original horns, new top, new radiator, new gas tan, new shocks, new tires, ebuilt wiper motor, new carpet & padding, nd seat belts. The 327 V-8 is a matching numbers engine that was completely rebuilt by master technicians several years ago and now has just 8k miles since the rebuild. Rebuild included timing chain, il pump, ing, armonic balancer,new brakes, new exhaust, ardened valves,upgrade from solifd lifters to hydraulic, new clutch & pressure plate. Further, he heate, efroster and clock are all in working condition. Completed service in late 2013 included rebuilt wheel & master cylinders, emoval and replacement of brakes, ightened oil pan, eplaced valve cover gaskets, hanged oil and filter, eplaced trunk lid springs, reased front end and drive haft, hecked timin, et idle, eplaced body ground strap, nd flushed and replaced fluids.
