1999 Chevy Tracker

This is a great running 1999 Chevy Tracker. It has a 2.0L 4 cylinder motor and 5 speed manual trans. Here is the history as I have owned it. I bought it in March of 2010 from a guy in Arizona. It had absolutely zero rust on it but it did have bad sun fading and clear coat peel from the hot Arizona sun. The bumpers are faded as well. It still now is 95% rust free and in very good shape for a 1999 anything! If you look past the clear coat peel and sun fade its a clean car. Very solid. The underneath of the car and frame is amazing. The car has 177,300 miles and it runs like a fine tuned watch. It had 96,000 when I bought it and it has never ever let me down. I would trust this car to drive me to California and back right now. I am however not a psychic so I cant predict failure,but I do however have great trust in this car and believe it will be very trustworthy for the next owner. Positives... Brand new tires 5000 miles ago Brand new brakes 5000 miles ago Brand new clutch December 26th,2014 (924.00)! Brand new wheel bearings September 2014 Transmission oil change at 170,000 miles Brand new spark plugs at 175,000 miles Class 2 Hitch and wiring New pulleys December 2014 All maintenance is up to date Runs and drives straight down the road with no issues Negatives... Sun fading on hood Light rust above windshield Soft Top has tape on rear window. It was starting to crack Glove box latch is broke. I have velcro holding it shut Driver window needs the track tightened. Window goes up and down fine but needs "finess" Seat Belt light wont go off. Why?? who knows. I put black tape over it. Horn doesn't work Crack in windshield It has bumps and bruises but as an overall its a clean 1999 Tracker. I am very busy with work and would appreciate serious buyers and offers.
