Car description

No reserve. It will sell to the highest bidder.
Here is your chance to own an all original, one owner, super clean, low mile 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. This car has lived its entire life up until this year in southern California which means it has not been in any harsh weather. It has 47k original miles. By the stickers on the windows it appears to have been owned by a veteran of the armed forces of the United States. Stickers are all on glass and could be removed easily. I have owned a few Cadillac Fleetwood Broughams and love how they drive! The Fleetwood Brougham in my opinion is the last true American luxury vehicle.
It has the 260 hp LT1 5.7 liter V8 and for the size of car that this is it can move. The mechanical aspects of this car are sound as any 47k mile car would be. It runs and drives great! The A/C blows cold, the heater blows hot, all the power windows work, the power locks work, the power and heated seats with lumbar support all function properly. The lights on the visors for the front and rear passengers work. The radio and power antenna work. The head lights, tail lights and blinkers work. There are two sets of keys and two key fobs that lock and unlock the doors only. The seats, dash, door panels and carpet are in great shape. The glass is all good. The paint is in good shape and shines well. There are no major dings or dents on the car. The chrome side molding is all there but is getting loose in a few places but nothing too concerning. The chrome bumpers are solid. The previous owner parked the car by sprinklers at some point which is evidenced by hard water spots on the right side of the vehicle. The vogue tires are older but have great tread and drive beautifully. The Fleetwood Broughams typically came with a vinyl roof, however, it was a factory option to order the Brougham and delete the vinyl roof. This is a vinyl roof delete Brougham which I have never seen before and makes this car rare.
DO NOT ask to end the auction early to buy it now, it will sell at no reserve to the highest bidder. It is sold though a dealership that I own, however, the buyer will not pay any additional fees. The price you bid is what you pay. The only exception is if the buyer lives in the state of Utah then sales tax of 7% of the sale price will also be paid by the buyer.
The car is sold as is where is. I have the original California title and it is clean and clear. I also found the original build sheet in the car. I do not have the owners manual. The buyer is responsible for all of the transportation costs. I can help arrange transport to a local transportation terminal within 25 miles of Centerville, UT. I have an acquaintance who could transport the car at a reasonable price to a port in southern California if the buyer needs to ship the car internationally. Please email me with any questions. I can send you my phone number through email if you'd like.
