Clean,1994 Deville Concours, 4.6 Liter, Low Miles, NO RESERVE!!!,

My husband. It has led a sheltered life. My father did drive this car in the rain at times. as he saved his other Cadillac for fair weather (previously sold on ebay # 181558608664). Of course there is no rust on his car. He would hand wash this car the day he returned home from trips. always. It has not been left in the sun very many times. so the interior and dash (in addition to the exterior finish) is in excellent condition. It was never driven when the roads were salted. Everything works to the best of my knowledge. We chose to disable the automatic trunk latch pull down (still use the remote to release it). but it can be restored if desired. Read through the feature listing for the many features this car includes. The few detractions with this car are as follows:1) The biggest cosmetic flaw is a scuff to the paint and door molding on the right rear door and was created when my wife was letting our young daughter out before she pulled into the garage. My daughter exited the car and my wife wisely ensured that she was in sight and out of the way. but my daughter forgot to close her door before my wife started to pull in. which caused a few scratches to the paint and scuff to the door edge molding. It isn't noticable unless you know to look for it. and then it isn't too bad. but you be the judge from the pictures of the right rear door. 2) The other detraction is that there is a slight oil pan leak that will leave a spot on the floor in the garage unless you place something on the floor to absorb the drip. It does seem to leave drops of oil where it is parked. It does not use oil though. and if you never added oil between 3k mile oil changes (filter and oil always changed every 3k since new). it would not be more than about 1 quart low at the end of the oil life. I chose not to address it since these engines are more involved to seal the oil pan leaks than what any benefit was worth and I recommend not addressing it until you have a need for other work in the future if ever needed. Otherwise. I never was too concerned about it. 3) There are a few minor door dings and blemishes in several spots on the car's doors from its usage. They are few in number. See the pictures to try and reveal any. There is no paint fading as far as I can tell. My camera will strain to pick them out. even the scrape mentioned in item #1 above isn't recognized in the picture but I will try to capture everything detail if you request it. I took many pictures of this car. some closeups. but am limited to only displaying 24 in this auction per ebay rules. This is the most aerodynamic fuel efficient full size car that I've ever driven. That is the reason I took it over from my Dad to begin with. I am selling all my cars to replace with trucks for my business and family traveling. Otherwise. this car has been very economical for me. Considering its higher 270 horsepower 4. 6L V8 engine and extra pep. it does very well either around town. or on the open interstate at 70 plus mph. We took it to the beach once (parking deck parked and avoided sea salt and rain) and with a family of four. with the very roomy trunk filled running 70 mph. we got a minimum of 24mpg. This car floats down the road quietly and is the easiest car to see out of and handle the roads precisely. I was told when my father purchased this car from the original owner who only drove it 10K miles that his wife wanted something different and is the reason he sold it to my father. Neither my Mom nor my wife have ever complained about anything with this car. so I do not understand the issue with the first owner wanting to re-sell it. All of the tires are between very good condition to almost like new condition. Front Goodyear Eagles less than 16k. Rears less than 7k. All balanced and smooth. No disappointments with this car. My driving habits are very gentle on it however. As is the case on front wheel drive vehicles. if you run it hard. you will wear out tires more quickly. The premium battery is a recent install. The Air conditioner has had a new compresser and drier installed. I live in the vicinity of Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet. a "Mr. Goodwrench" dealer. The most recent inspection shows (contact me for pictures of inspection sheet) that the next inspection check is due Feb. 25. 2015. My father ensured that the oil and filter were changed religiously every 3000 miles. with premium synthetics added. All service records are available. An original Cadillac 2 Volume Dealership Shop/Service Manual is included. We do not trust just any dealership to service our cars!No Ethanol fuel used in this car! We pay more to use NON-Ethanol gasoline. Original GOLD Keys included. and Original non-Gold keys included. No duplicates ever made!Carpeted floor mat protectors were used to protect the car's original Cadillac floor mats AND carpeting. which is in excellent condition. as is the rest of the interior. No odors. musty smells. pets. smoking. no humidity related issues (mold. mildew. etc. ). no rodents. EVER!I have tried to represent this car as accurately as I can. but it is NOT a brand new car.
