Check out what we have here for you. A 1949 Buick Super Eight Convertible that came out of Arizona. This car is absolutely one of a kind. We owned this Buick when it was all original with the Straight 8 engine and it was at that time a 3 speed on the column. It had 49,000 original miles. It had hydraulic windows and top. We sold it to a guy here in Georgia who had it streetrodded and spent about $85,000 in doing the restoration not counting the cost of the car. He had it taken off frame and installed a Fatman Frontend with power disc brakes and power steering. He had a Chevy 10 bolt rear installed with I would say 3:08 gears. Hits the hwy great. He changed the windows and top to power and they work great. He had the interior completely redone in leather with power seat. He added a 5.7 Liter Vortec Fuel Injected engine and connected it to a 700R4 automatic overdrive transmission. The engine and transmission were rebuilt with less than 1000 miles on them. It has new tires wrapped around Coy Wheels with fender skirts on the rear. He installed Vintage A/C and Heat. It has a chrome tilt steering column. The convertible top is in great condition. This car is luxury for sure with a great look to it. It's a car that you can drive anywhere you want to. Everything is new from front to rear. Great car and it's a Convertible. This car is being sold with a current Georgia registration as Georgia will not issue an actual title on any vehicle this old. I do still have the Arizona title that will go with the car as well as the Arizona plates that are on the car.
