Car description

I wish I knew who to SUE as I see an accident report states that an accident occured with an animal. ABSOLUTELY INACCURATE!!!! ABSOLUTELY. Now I have to investigate this fraud. COMPLETELY INACCURATE!!!!!! SERIOUSLY IF I HAVE TO SUE OR ATTEMPT A SUIT I WILL HAVE TO DO THAT. ISSUES ADDED TO CARS THAT ARE NOT PART OF THE CARS HISTORY AND LOWERING THE VALUE ARE BIG ISSUES. HUGE ISSUES. NO ACCIDENT WAS REPORTED OR WORK DONE DUE TO AN ACCIDENT. IN FACT THERE ARE BASICALLY NO ANIMALS IN GILBERT ARIZONA MUCH BIGGER THAN JACK RABBITS. UNREAL!!!!I did find out why the accident listing. When the tennis ball dented the sunroof. and it is a tiny dent. I also reported the 2 chips that happened via road rocks. When you have classic car insurance. which I have. you can make claims that are of these types and I have a no deductible policy. They gave me the cash to fix these 2 issues which I had not done. I got 3 estimates of $500 and they did pay out on the claim. To me the 2 dings and the sunroof dent were insignificant and I would have gotten around to probably have these tended to for the $500 they gave me but never got around to it. When you pay for classic insurance you may as well use it to fix any damage that occurs enroute to car shows that's what we pay for. I had no idea they would ding my accident record. especially inaccurately. Now why it says I was in an accident with an animal is still being investigated. This is incorrect. I had never hit any animal. never happened. This is an incredible car. BMW 850i. the 12 cylinder beast with ONLY. no typo here. ONLY 54. 80 and a 2 owner vehicle. Why so few miles. In 1992 a ___ year old owner of World Oil Corp in California bought it. He was loaded to the degree that he had a chaufer and used this car EXTREMELY infrequently. When I bought it the car had on it 49. 00-51. 0 miles I don’t exactly remember but it was either slightly under or over 50k miles. He was 92 years old when I bought it from him in 2010 ish. He sold it because at 92 he and his wife had a hard time getting out of it. It was and still is flawless with 3 minor. none mechanical issues. Drivers seat. left side towards the back. previous owner used a cane so there is a nickel size hole in the leather. Back passenger seat has some discoloration but not via heat related issues. The leather is good. To fix the hole in the seat and redye is $1200. I priced it. I left it as is since the hole is nickel size and the back seat discoloration is mild and basically the back seat. if you know these cars. is unusable. Top of the sunroof. about the size of a quarter. slight indentation due to a tennis ball hitting it. It was not a golf ball so the depth is not deep and can probably be pulled out. and no paint removed since it was a tennis ball. Front hood. 2 chips from our constant Arizona road pebbles. One is about the size of a pencil eraser. other is about half the size. You could pull the one on the sunroof and touch up the 2 but I left as is. never bothered me. The paint is AWESOME. which is why I didn’t touch up the hood. Beyond that it is flawless. I have had it maintained at an import car specialist in Arizona that you will be provided the name to so you can validate or get your own inspector. It is flawless. AC works great and was converted to the new equipment. Always the correct oil at the correct mileage. Shifts perfectly. As with all 850’s the computer read out has some pixels missing but is readable and works including the ignition shut off. Windows work perfectly. light pop up perfectly. Tires have over 80% tread life. Radio perfect including weather band and in trunk CD player works on all slots. Heated seats work. cruise works. basically no mechanical issues at all. Recent tune up. oil change. thermostat. fan check up. new fuel pumps (both sides). newer batterys (1 year old). That should do it. Reason I am selling is I am moving from Phoenix to New York City and this car would be beat up both by weather and New York City taxi and normal traffic. Just not practical to have in the city. Buying a knock around old school Jeep to replace it. Oh yes. ZERO rust. ALWAYS a California and now an Arizona car. 2 owner.
