1972 BMW 3.0cs E9 Sunroof coupe

This is a. very fine example of one of the nicest cars BMW ever produced.No expense was spared in the maintenance of this car. I have owned this car for over ten years and while driving it only sparingly I have enjoyed every single moment of ownership.
ONLY 61,150 original miles.
Recent Work performed:This coupe was recently painted its original shade of Fjord Metallic blue. During the repaint the entire rocker panel assemblies were cut out and replaced with new panels (sourced in Germany) removing any traces of rust that had crept into the metal work. The interior was re-trimmed in its original cloth material. New OE carpets. Dash board was re-manufactured (by Just-Dashes) and replaced, all the dash and door wood panels were replaced with panels provided by Madera Concepts. The air conditioning system was replaced with a rotary Sanden type compressor. Extra large A/C condenser installed for extra cooling. New shock absorbers installed. Brake calipers rebuilt. New brake master cylinder.
This car is ready to drive and enjoy and has no real needs. Car drives wonderfully. Starts easily, shifts smoothly. All systems in working order. Rear electric windows are slow - which is pretty typical for these cars. Paint is near flawless. Interior is in excellent condition. Very little wear on tires. Door shut lines are excellent. No rattles. Chrome is in very good shape. This is a very well sorted car.
This car was originally delivered with an automatic transmission, but previous to my ownership a 4 speed gear manual gearbox was installed as well as a Weber downdraft carburetor.
