Car description

Regretfully selling my 1984 BMW 325e to fund a basement remodel of the house. I bought the car in 2010 as a project I thought I would just get road worthy and sell. Well I went way further than that lol. I started out with new fuel lines and a fuel tank. many small parts later and the old engine (M20 2.7eta) was running good. Next was stainless brake lines. Dropped in a new windshield and the car got a re spray of the burgundrot metallic paint with OEM M Tech side skirts in 2012. Next was new rear sub frame bushings. Then a 3.73 lsd rear differential. Then I decided that I didn't like the US bumpers so I ditched them for some euro bumpers that I had painted. After this I decides that the stock suspension had to go, o in went new Eibach Pro Kit springs with barely used Bilstein Sport shocks and struts. Next was the lower rear new OEM M Tech 1 valance painted and installed. At this point I picked up some refurbished BBS RZ 15x7 wheels that I put new Kumho tires on. New carpet with 1 series floor mats put in. Then a new Alpine deck with four new Alpine speakers which sounds good. Euro grilles with Euro smoked Hella ellipsoids. Next the car went to Spokane at Advanced Auto Fabrication to get a drivetrain swap. Out went the M20 for a low mileage S52 with a ZF310 trans with a new E36 M3 clutch and flywheel. They reinforced the subframe and the chassis with custom welded plates. The engine features an M50 intake manifold and Supersprint replica headers. New E28 535i Motor Mounts. New Aluminum CRX racing Radiator with new hoses and water pump. Electric fan. New front control arms with e30 m3 bushings. Ireland Engineering adjustable front and rear sway bars. (22mm front and 19mm rear). Brand new Z4 Steering Rack. Parking brake components all replaced at this time. Next was the front and trunk OEM M Tech 1 body kit painted and installed. Dash cap put on over the cracked dash. and that's where the car is currently. The good. -95% rust free body with all the original body panels except the hood. -Very hard to find 100% complete euro bumper/M Tech 1 kit ($2500) -Very rare Startec Tail lights ($700) -Very rare 370mm M Tech 1 steering wheel ($600) -Less than 1000 miles on a professionally done drivetrain swap with tons of new parts. (Spent $10k) -Low Mileage (under 100k) S52 -Rare refurbished BBS 15x7 et25 wheels with near new (2-3k miles) Kumho Ecsta's 225/50/15 -Many new suspension parts. -Get in and drive anywhere. -Brakes are fantastic -Car is very quick -E30's are only going up in value. The Bad. -Engine valve cover is leaking at the rear for some reason and car comes with new gasket -Front M Tech 1 spoiler is damaged as well as the drivers side fender. Car comes with another spoiler that is in ok shape. ($500 to $800 value). -Moonroof doesn't work -No AC components. (to me this was a good because I wanted the loss of weight). -Small leak somewhere in front, retty sure it's the power steering hose to the steering rack. -Tach and temp gauge inop. Cruise controlinop. Moon roof inop. -Paint job is not show quality. -Hood doesn't sit right, eeds to be taken off and re done. (opens and closes just fine). -Drivers seat frame broke and the seat leans a little bit.
