Car description

The car was parked under a car cover over a year or so ago. It was running perfect when parked. It is NOT running now. Fuel has gone bad from sitting, atteries are dead and fuel filters are probably gummed up. Car was taken off the road due to family financial crisis. I couldnt afford to fuel it and insure it any more so parked it and lost interest in it. Its been sitting since. I did use to start her once a week or so but started to forget and left it too long where the batteries were weak, ent dead and that was it. Ive had it over 8 years and never had an issue with it while it was running. Its a rare 6 speed model which is why I originally bought it. I spent over $18k in parts and maintenance shortly before it was decommissioned and have the folder of receipts to prove it. A list of items replaced on the car is as follows........New headlight buckets, eadlights and adjusters. Intake manifold gaskets. Water pump and hoses. Upper and lower oil pan gaskets. Expansion bottle. Fan clutch. Radiator. Valve cover gaskets. Spark plugs, istributor caps and rotor arms. Fuel injectors. Magnaflow stainless rear mufflers. Bilstein shocks and Dinan springs all around (car was converted from the troublesome SLS system). Dinan sway bars front and rear. New control arms upper and lower. Ruff Racing 18" rims 8.5" front and 9.5" rear. Lifetime 3M window tint. The car was pretty much gone thru top to bottom and had no issues until I had to park it. I really hate to see her go but she needs to go to someone who can restore the cosmetics and bring her back to where she needs to be. Its a rare 6 speed manual version and that in itself makes it worth the restoration work.Disclosure: Slight rust on edge of sunroof panel. This is common. They have a metal sunroof panel (not glass). Typical fix is to replace the panel. There is also a spot of surface rust on front of hood, ot deep but had to mention. Paint is faded on rear bumper cover, unroof and hood. Drivers door has a dent where my wife bumped it here in the driveway. The rest of the body is straight. The car is worth more in parts than the reserve. This is the second relist. I really dont understand why someone would bid on the car and just not pay at auction end without a reason. If youre not interested and just window shopping just dont bid. Before you do bid, nderstand the car is NOT running. Dont be like the last bidder who didnt read the description and come to pick it up and want to hear it run. Fuel system needs cleaned and batteries replaced. No, ou cannot use my driveway as a workshop and fiddle with the car. I can reassure the buyer with new batteries and clean fuel system she will fire right up. You can hook up cables to turn her over and see that all electrics work . I would say she will fire for sure on starting fluid to verify ignition but thats your call. You will need to pay first before you try that. The last guy did all of the above, idnt pay the deposit and wasted my time.Ignore the date on the pictures. These pictures were taken on 7/24/15.

I put almost 50k miles on this car myself during my ownership without an issue. The actual mileage is 110k and NOT 130k. It is also for sale locally. Contact me if interested.
