Not Running - Project.

1990 Bentley Turbo R . Condition is Used.
I bought the car thinking I could get it running and have some fun. I have not spent a lot of time or money on it, and other projects are taking priority. I bought new tires for it. Changed the oil, drained the old fuel, and changed the fuel filter. I replaced the radiator, and a bunch of the hoses. I think it it might just be priming the fuel injection that could do it, but I have other needs for the cash right now. The Body is straight, but the paint has failed in spots because it has been in the sun. The leather is pretty good. And the car is complete.
I have a clean title - car has not been registered in a long time
Based on the odometer history it looks like the odometer might have been switched 20 years ago - if you assume it had 66k miles and has put another 20k miles on the replacement odometer - chassis should be around 100k...
