AM30031472 was constructed on February 13, 958 as a LHD, orth American Export wearing Black over White Gold (off white) upholstery. The Saloon was dispatched in early March, estined for the U.S., here it was owned new in the State of Alabama for a short period before making its way to Jacksonville, lorida. Records from the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust & Aston Martin confirm the original factory specifications and delivery information. The car's earliest registration copy dates to 1959, wned by Mr. H.J. Smith. It was later passed down to T.J Smith in 1979, hom him and his wife used to pull a moving trailer to their new home, nd soon after parked the Aston in its garage where it would remain dormant until its recent discovery this year. Period registration and inspection decals from 1980/81 remain adhered to the car, s well as a 007 Florida vanity plate.
