Offered for your consideration is this terrific 1992 Spider Veloce in classic Alfa Red with a brand-new professionally-installed black cloth Hartz top and its immaculate original black leather and Alcantara interior. The car has just 46549 miles from brand new - these photos were taken just days ago - and just prior to this we ran this excellent car through our service department changed oil and filter fitted brand new tires replaced the clutch hydraulics replaced the worn top repaired and recharged the air conditioning (blows cold) and gave this excellent specimen a full checking over to ensure it had no other needs.

The car was repainted comprehensively at one time in its life and shows no signs of any accident damage after a very careful analysis and thorough detailing. There are no major marks or mars anywhere nor are there any real flaws in prep or finish quality throughout.

All four wheels are lovely straight and exhibit no curb rash all four new tires mounted and balanced beautifully without issue.

The car's chrome and stainless brightwork shines none of it has major pitting as is common on these when they have spent a great deal of time outside.

As you can see the car is straight down the side no waviness dents or dings and all panels line up nicely. The Alfa Romeo script on the back is new as the car was 'debadged' when it came in and the "SPIDER VELOCE" script was on backorder.

These final edition Spiders are just gorgeous and sleek with their color-keyed bumpers and fluid lines.

The car is likewise nice and straight down the left side as well just a gorgeous example of the Alfa Spider from every angle!

The new Hartz cloth top is magnificent and fits perfectly our installer is very very good....

Extra close-up! Notice how nice the original seats are - and the camera flash makes them look far more faded and patinated than they are.

Driver's door panel is excellent

Not surprisingly so is the passenger side panel!

The later Kenwood AM/FM/CD is a nice addition. Everything works - both windows go up and down great and as mentioned earlier the A/C is now fixed and blows ice cold!

Typically the Alcantara inserts on these Alfa seats are just in terrible condition or have even been replaced with full leather covers. The camera flash makes this look far more worn and faded than it actually is these seats are terrific in natural light and have nothing but good patina for being 23 years old as they were so lightly used!

The passenger's seat is likewise very good - the camera flash again makes this look very faded out which it is not.

The airbag steering wheel is just about as new!

We put one more mile on it taking it around the block since these photos were taken. Miles may go up slightly during the listing if a test drive is requested.

Lovely original windshield has no damage either. Check out the gloss in that finish!

Here's the real key to this car's originality - it comes with its original window sticker manual pouch and all its contents.

Sold new not far away in Jacksonville FL and it's never been far from there!

Here's something else that sets this car apart - it's a totally rust and wreck free southeastern USA car. Alfas all rust out - occasionally we get one in that came from the northeast or midwest and though a good one-owner car they can be very rotten and nasty. This one isn't and hopefully never will be. This car is a treat underneath.

Just nice clean and dry at the engine and transmission no leaks and lots of evidence of good service.

Likewise up top the engine compartment is nice and clean we barely detailed or cleaned anything. As mentioned earlier we replaced the clutch hydraulics as the car came in with a bad slave cylinder and hose - the master cylinder was ripe for replacement as well at this time.

This car is being sold by a licensed and bonded dealer of fine used automobiles in Savannah Georgia. Please understand that this is an unusual 23 year old sports car built by men and not gods - and is thus sold as-is where-is with no implied or stated warranty or guarantee. As stated above in the listing we have made a significant effort over the last month and some to correct issues that we found with the car (at the end of the day very few) and believe it to be in extremely good health based on many years of experience with Alfas and other sports cars of all types over many years.

Full payment is due within seven days of auction close unless discussed with us in advance of your bid. Your winning bid is a contract to buy not just to look or for first right of refusal; the only reason your contract would be null and void is if it was found that we willingly misrepresented the car in the above description. If you feel you need to inspect the car prior to purchase please arrange and have this inspection done prior to placing a successful bid. Accepted forms of payment include a cleared certified cheque or wire transfer in the dealership's bank account or cash in person on pickup (no cash via the mail eBay!). Georgia residents MUST pay sales tax to the dealership in addition to your purchase price just as you would to any other automobile dealer. We require that paperwork be completed prior to or at the time of pickup (should you do this in person) in any case. We do not charge tax to out of state buyers as this is something you handle at the DMV or naturally other dealers in all 50 states.

We are happy to refer you to one of the high-quality open or enclosed collector car shipping companies that we use frequently in the normal course of business - and we cannot stress enough the importance of using such a carrier and not a random open transport broker or carrier you might find online particularly as this is an unusual car in phenomenal original condition. For international buyers we can carry the car to the port of Savannah at no charge or to other ports for a nominal fee though shipping beyond the U.S. border must be entirely arranged for and paid by you.
